Terms of Service

Welcome to BIONUL. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, “Parent/Guardian”, or “You”) and BIONUL (“Bionul”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Bionul website, mobile web applications, live interactive classes, recorded video lectures, handwritten study materials, online test series, and related educational services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, browsing the website, enrolling in courses, or utilizing any features of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your access to and use of the Platform.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you are accessing the Platform with the express permission, knowledge, and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

To access courses, tests, live classes, and downloadable resources, you are required to register for an account on the Bionul Platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, valid email address, 10-digit mobile number, and target academic grade/class.
• One Account Per Student: Each student is entitled to create and maintain only one single active account. Creating multiple duplicate accounts, creating accounts with fictitious details, or registering under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Phone-Based Student ID: Upon successful registration, a unique phone-based Student ID is automatically assigned to your profile. This Student ID serves as your primary academic identifier for enrollment tracking, test evaluations, certificate generation, and support communications.
• Account Security Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (password, OTPs, and access tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• Prompt Breach Notification: You must immediately notify Bionul at supportbionul@gmail.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access, security compromise, or misuse of your account.

Bionul grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access and view the educational content for your personal academic learning. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following rules:

• Personal Educational Purposes: The Platform, course videos, test series, and study materials are made available solely for your personal academic preparation for school board exams, NEET, JEE, and foundation curricula.
• No Credential Sharing: Your account is strictly non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lend, lease, or sub-license your login credentials or course access to friends, classmates, coaching centers, or any other third party.
• Device Limitations & Concurrent Streams: Concurrent logins from multiple disparate geographic locations or excessive simultaneous streaming sessions will trigger automated security restrictions on your profile.
• No Unauthorized Access or Tampering: You agree not to attempt to circumvent security controls, gain unauthorized access to servers, databases, or non-enrolled courses, reverse engineer the Platform code, inject malicious code, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
• No Automated Scraping: Use of web scrapers, crawlers, robots, automated download bots, or data mining software to extract video links, PDF documents, or questions from Bionul is strictly forbidden.

Enrolling in premium batches, test series, and specialized courses on Bionul is straightforward, transparent, and secure:

• Direct UPI Payment: Course fees are payable via direct Unified Payments Interface (UPI) using our verified QR code or official UPI VPA. Students must submit their unique 12-digit UPI Reference / UTR Number alongside a clear transaction screenshot during the checkout process.
• Admin Verification & Access Activation: To safeguard against unauthorized payments and duplicate entries, all enrollments undergo manual verification by the Bionul administration team. Upon verification of funds in our records, course batch permissions and study materials are promptly unlocked on your dashboard.
• Enrollment Confirmation: Once verified, an official confirmation notification is sent to your registered contact channel, and your enrollment status will reflect as “Active” in your student portal.
• Pricing Subject to Change: Bionul reserves the right to modify course prices, batch fees, early bird discounts, and special package offers at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect already active, confirmed student enrollments.
• Refund Terms: Course cancellations, return eligibility, and refund requests are governed exclusively by our published Refund Policy.

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform and its contents are owned exclusively by BIONUL or its content licensors:

• Proprietary Educational Content: All video lectures, live classroom streams, animations, audio recordings, handwritten faculty notes, chapter summary PDFs, Daily Practice Problem (DPP) question banks, mock test papers, answer keys, source codes, logos, trademarks, and UI designs are proprietary works protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, screen-record, rip, download without authorization, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any content obtained from Bionul without our express prior written authorization.
• Anti-Piracy Enforcement: Uploading or sharing Bionul study materials, video links, or test questions on external websites, Telegram groups, YouTube channels, WhatsApp communities, or torrent platforms is illegal. Bionul vigorously investigates piracy and initiates civil and criminal legal proceedings against infringing individuals and entities under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Single-User Personal License: Downloadable PDF notes and formula sheets provided within enrolled courses are intended strictly for offline revision by the individual registered student only.

Bionul is dedicated to maintaining a supportive, productive, respectful, and safe virtual learning environment. By participating in our community, you agree to adhere to the following conduct standards:

• Academic Integrity: You must complete all online tests, practice quizzes, and module evaluations independently and honestly. Cheating, sharing answers in real time, or using unfair automated assistance undermines the learning experience and is strictly prohibited.
• Live Class Decorum: During live interactive lectures and Q&A sessions, keep chat comments focused strictly on academic doubts. Spamming, flooding the chatbox, sharing irrelevant links, or engaging in off-topic chatter is disallowed.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, hate speech, vulgarity, intimidation, bullying, derogatory remarks, or abusive language directed toward educators, staff, or fellow students will lead to instantaneous revocation of chat privileges and account suspension.
• Community Safety & Moderation: Bionul moderators reserve the right to monitor live chat streams, delete inappropriate comments, mute disruptive participants, and report serious misconduct to appropriate educational guardians.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the following limitations and disclaimers apply to your use of the Bionul Platform:

• “As-Is” & “As-Available” Provision: The Platform, educational courses, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• No Guarantee of Exam Results: While Bionul provides top-tier educators, proven curricula, and rigorous practice problems, we do not guarantee specific test scores, entrance ranks, school marks, or admission to colleges or universities (such as IITs, NITs, AIIMS, or government medical colleges). Academic success depends upon the individual student's diligence, practice, and personal effort.
• Technical Disruptions: Bionul is not liable for intermittent service interruptions, platform downtime caused by maintenance, cloud host outages, local internet service failures, or device incompatibilities experienced on the user's hardware.
• Cap on Monetary Liability: In no event shall Bionul, its founders, instructors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

The provisions governing termination of accounts and service access are outlined below:

• Suspension or Termination by Bionul: Bionul reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and course access without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in content piracy, share credentials, commit payment fraud, or disrupt the learning environment.
• Consequences of Termination for Breach: In the event your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity, your access to all enrolled courses, live classrooms, notes, and test records will be instantly revoked, and you will not be entitled to any refund or monetary compensation.
• Voluntary Deactivation by Student: You may request voluntary deactivation or deletion of your account at any time by sending a request from your registered email address to supportbionul@gmail.com.
• Survival of Key Terms: Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Disputes shall survive any expiration, deactivation, or termination of these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Exclusive Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal dispute, claim, suit, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Bionul Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law located in India.
• Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we strongly urge you to reach out directly to our student support team to resolve grievances amicably and efficiently.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
